INFORMATION ABOUT VILLA-VIVERE
Location
Villa-Vivere is situated on the north of Corfu island, approx. 20 km from Corfu Town.
The distance from Villa-Vivere to Moraitika village is 2km and there you can find Super Markets, tavernas, bars and other different kind of shops.
Villa-Vivere
Villa-Vivere is built around a magnificent garden surrounded by an area of 4.500sq.m. and nestles on a peaceful and idyllic landscape and is surrounding by fields and hills.
Villa-Vivere consists of two detached apartments: Vivere I and Vivere II.
Vivere I is an apartment of 70 sqm and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons.
It consists of: one double bedroom, a wardrobe, two bedside tables, air conditioning, a living room with two bed settees, a Satellite TV, a fireplace and a second air-condition.
If required, a fifth single bed can be added, without any extra charge. There is also a dining room with a table and chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an electric stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a cooker hood and all the other necessary equipment (cutlery and crockery, etc.)
WC with a shower cabin.
Internet access upon request at own expense.
Vivere-II is an apartment of 70sqm. It has exactly the same spaces and equipment as Vivere I apart from two differences:
1) there is no Satellite TV is but a conventional TV, 2) there is no possibility to add a fifth bed.
Garden
The garden is approx. 4.500sqm in area; it is covered with prim grass and you can relax under the trees and among the flowers. There is also a swimming-pool of 60 sqm in area with umbrellas and sunbeds all around.
Two outdoor showers are available for the guests.
Here you will also find a pavillion of 70 sqm in area with tables and chairs to dine or relax.
Free of charge parking lots are also available .
The garden is also decorated by a statue of the Corfiot sculptor Angelos Gerakaris.
Beach
The closest beaches are in: Moraitika, Mesongi, Agios Ioannis Peristeron, Issos, Chalikounas, Agios Georgios Argyradon, Prassoudi, Kanouli.
Lake Korission and a small cedar tree forest are also found at the region.
In Villa-Vivere you will enjoy all modern comfort in the nature.
